This was the third time I purchased from Wild Oz and each time the product was super. This time however by mistake I subscribed and as soon as I noticed I tried cancelling the subscription. This was within minutes I made a mistake. Tried contacting the team by emailing them as there was no other contact option. I never received any response to my emails and the bulk pack kept coming the following week! 10 kg meat is a lot for one dog and it caused me tremendous anxiety. Finally the bulk pack stopped but no communication was ever received. Non exististing customer service is a red flag no matter how wonderful the products are.
Just the convenience of buying these alone should be enough. Our girl is hooked and hasn't looked back since the 1st purchase.

My dog loves the wild boar and kangaroo balls. They are her favorite foods. I can mix them with her other foods and she gobbles it all down. And they are very good for her sensitive stomach.

New time user of this mince, and my girls are super fussy. However, they have a new lease on life every meal time now! They lick their bowls clean now. Their coats were nice before, but they are now so extra soft - We are all very happy. Service & delivery were next level. First time to trial Wild Oz products & we are really impressed. My two girls really enjoyed the cubes - they are easy to use and will be really handy when the weather warms up. I have already noticed their coats have improved after two weeks. Customer service was great as I had to change my delivery time and the delivery service was outstanding - notified through the whole process and driver unloaded boxes straight into my garage. Will definitely making Wild Oz meat our preferred meat moving forward. Thank you!
