My first order was fantastic, beautiful red cubes the dogs loved them. This order was looked wrong, not raw, so I complained as I thought it was the wrong product… received a replacement order, a little better but nothing like my first order. Dogs don’t like it, doesn’t look raw, not 100% meat.
Not happy and will not be attempting another order.
Absolutely no issues with the quality of the meat.
However, the 2.5KG packets are not easily accessible as a single pet household. I acknowledge there was an alternative packet size as a purchasing option, which allows a better suited option for my household. However, this meant I would pay more per kilo & this was a price difference I didn't want to spend.
I will continue to shop here nonetheless.

sadly, most cubes were brown like they were freezer burnt or something they were not all red like the bulk mince that i have brought in the past,
the darker ones in the photo on the right-hand side are dark all the way through, and the texture is different when defrosted
My 5 rescue dogs love the kangaroo mince with collagen and organs soooo much💕🩵🐾. For me it's super easy and I know they are getting the best possible nutrition I could provide. We are regular shoppers and my puppas and rescue cats love everything I've bought from Wild Oz
These meatballs smell amazingly good, a bit like a bbq rissole. I’m so tempted to try them myself. My dog absolutely loves them.

Great for my jack russell give him twice a week then the roo brisket and riblets its great value too 👍 no more than twice a week for tail as hes prone to weight gain.....
