Is there a minimum order?

Min order value is $50 with $20 flat fee shipping for orders under $80 or FREE SHIPPING for orders over $80!

How much does delivery cost?

What days do you deliver?

Orders must be placed by midnight Sunday. We dispatch orders from Adelaide once a week.  Please see delivery days by region below:

Deliveries are between 7am – 7pm

Sometimes delays happen due to road freight hold ups or public holidays and your order will be delivered the next business day. You will receive SMS updates.

When do you deliver?

You can expect your Wild Oz delivery between 7AM - 6PM on the day of the week for your region.

If there are delays, we will try to contact you by SMS or email.

What happens if there is a public holiday?

Delivery days will change slightly and will be delivered on the next business day.

How do you deliver?

Wild Oz uses a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered straight to your doorstep - remaining cool, frozen and flavoursome from our door to yours!

What is the recommended storage method?

Products are packed fresh meat frozen for delivery. Thaw what you need immediately and store the rest in your freezer for up to 3 months. Keep frozen at -18 degrees. Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, use within 3 days. Once opened, product must be used within 24 hours.

Can I make changes after I place an order?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not make changes. Any changes may result in delivery delays.

Can I track the delivery status and how?

You will receive SMS the night before your delivery, containing a tracking link that you can follow. If there are technical issues and you don’t receive this information, please contact us on 0472 752 756. (Mon-Fri only)

Will I be informed when my delivery will arrive?

You will receive an email notification once your Australian Meats order has been dispatched. You will then receive an SMS with tracking and a delivery time the night before delivery. 

Please note sometimes delays occur due to public holidays or road delays.

Will my products be delivered frozen and safely?

Yes! Orders are delivered frozen. Wild Oz uses a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in the complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours. Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Where will my delivery be left?

Our couriers will leave your delivery on your doorstep or in a safe place as instructed in your delivery notes. Delivery drivers can not leave orders at the back of your property. Deliveries to apartments will be at the risk of the customer.

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

No, we use eco-friendly, recyclable boxes that are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, and can be left for up to 6 hours. Be sure to leave delivery instructions for our couriers so they can leave your order in a safe place. Please freeze or refrigerate as soon as you can.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

That’s fine! Our couriers will leave your order in a safe place for you. 

Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed the order?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. However, once your order has been shipped, we can not make changes to your delivery address. Any changes may result in delivery delays.

What happens if an item is missing or damaged in my delivery?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can. Please email us or phone with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Can I place a same day delivery order?

No, Wild Oz dispatches orders once a week.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes our packaging is 100% recyclable!

The ice packs can be reused or the non toxic liquid can be disposed of in
the rubbish bin or garden beds. The soft plastics can be recycled.  

Can you deliver to my post office box?

Orders must be delivered to a residential or business address.

How can I confirm that my order has been placed?

You will receive an order confirmation via email once you have placed an order via the Wild Oz online store.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please contact the Wild Oz team on 0472 752 756 with your order number, who will do their best to help you.

What happens if my ordering item is out of stock?

Wild Oz endeavours to ensure products are restocked as timely as possible, however out of stock items will be unavailable for purchase via our online store. If you have a question about a particular product, please contact the friendly customer service team on 0472 752 756

Where can I check the order details and status?

All order details are sent to your nominated email address, please check your junk folder if you can’t locate the email.

How do I pay for my order?

Wild Oz accepts credit cards and PayPal.

No, however, orders under $80 will have a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply add your discount code to the nominated field on the Check Out page of your Wild Oz order.

Why are all your meats premium?

All the meat is wild harvested. It is Wild Oz's belief that everyone has a responsibility to maintain and consume animals that are part of our landscape, this is sustainable farming at its very best. Meaning it is hormone free and no unnecessary antibiolitcs are used in the produce and it tastes better too!

Where is your meat sourced from?

All Wild Oz products are sourced within Australia, strictly under our food safety, testing and sustainability practices. Find out more about our products here

Are game meats safe?

Wild Oz products are human grade. Processed in a licensed facility dedicated to game meat production, all meat is inspected by government and third-party meat inspectors before being passed fit for human consumption, meaning we adhere to strict health and safety standards that are safe for pets.
