One of the 20 packets arrived leaking. I contacted customer support. It could not be confirmed the order did not thaw on its journey. When a packet was opened it smelt alot more than usual raising further suspicion. Unfortunately I only received a credit for one pack and not the remaining 19. I will not be purchasing again from Wild-Oz as there has been numerous errors in my order history. And now with suspect food quality I cannot risk it for my dog who just underwent GDV surgery and needs proper quality control with their meals.

We have been using Wild OZ for a while now; we get 3 bulk Kangaroo boxes a fortnight for my 4 dogs.

The meat contents were fine, however when I put the frozen packages into the fridge to defrost I realised there was a split in the package which slowly leaked blood all through my fridge.
I have 7 poodles from toys to standards , they absolutely love these bones.Great quality they eat them all no problem at all.
