last order smelled bad
last two delervies were fine
last ordewr i had ordered 20 kg but noticed it didnt come with ice packs like the previous orders
i have used 4 of the new order and all have smelled like going off what do i do?
as dont have the box to return?
have been very haapy with previos orders but this last one is off and smells bad
I love that I can feed my pets the same kangaroo meat that doesn’t flare up their allergies. I have an English mastiff, French bulldog and two cats and they all love it!
My dogs love the meat and it is good quality.
I have 3 including one with kidney disease.

Very happy with our order, having it in 1kg bags means it’s easier to manage and stays fresher longer as I just pull what I need from the freezer, and even my fussy eater wolfs this down! I also get an extra 5kg for $20 as a price comparison for what I was feeding previously so it works out slightly cheaper for me too. Overall very happy.
