Feeding

Our Kangaroo meat can be fed to your pet raw or cooked to suit. Our Kangaroo bones and riblets can be fed to your pet raw (do not feed cooked bones).  Ensure clean fresh water is always available for your pet.  Feed as recommended by your pet health specialist.  Suitable for dogs and cats.

Storage

To ensure optimal freshness, products are delivered frozen. Keep frozen at -18 degrees. Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, product must be used within 24 hours.

I order the kangaroo for my dog as she has a skin condition the vet said get something she hasn’t had and she loves it l get her a verity of kangaroo meat and bones it come packed lovely and l just put it in the freezer and get it as l want could not be happier

My dogs loved it, but they love any food, It made me feel good giving them actual fresh meat as they are carnivore it fits. It is hard to find fresh dog meat that hasn't been laced with preservatives, this was frozen so obvious none. The product was well packed and preserved. Thank you we will come again.

I usually get the human grade kangaroo mince from Coles or Woolworths but I will be ordering they you guys now.
So fresh and she loves the chunks as well.
The riblets are great for my Little dog as well.
My lrg dog eyes popped out of her head when she saw the kangaroo tail..

My Amstaff Tala had a very awful belly rash. Switched her diet to kangaroo meat, and the rash is gone. May have been seasonal or a grass allergy, but her belly is nice and pink. Not red raw. Highly recommend natural diet.

The communication, service and order was excellent, however I was so disappointed that my groodle just refused to eat it. I tried of a few days, but he just would eat it. I gave it to a neighbour who’s dog was very happy to receive it.

How long can the delivery be left outside for?

Wild Oz use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours.

Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Do you have a returns policy?

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can.
