Our Kangaroo mince can be fed to your pet raw. Once thawed, must be used within 24 hours.

Ensure clean fresh water is always available for your pet. Feed as recommended by your pet health specialist. Suitable for dogs.

    To ensure optimal freshness, products are delivered frozen. Keep frozen at -18 degrees. Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, product must be used within 24 hours.

    Excellent product

    Our dog suffers from skin issues and other health problems. We have tried multiple brands of raw dog food over the years. From supermarket kangaroo to butchers. I make all her food. No processed food for my dog!! I stumbled across wild oz quite by accident. I was immediately impressed with their website and then even more impressed with their prices....and free delivery!

    The products i ordered were delivered on Saturday, well packed in double layered cardboard boxes, still frozen, inside insulated fridge bags with ice packs... FREE DELIVERY WHAT!!!

    The service from their team was exceptional, answering emails quickly. The driver was courteous and on time. Outstanding.

    Was stated if placed order by certain time it would be on the Monday . If can't make the shipping schedules. You shouldn't state it . The actual food is very good. Id liked to see the diced available in atleast a 1kg pack.

    Could be smaller portion sizes

    Great quality but would be helpful if the portion sizes were smaller as it comes in 2.5 kgs blocks which are difficult to defrost and use within 24 hours

    Wild Oz currently delivers orders once a week on the following days.

    How long can the delivery be left outside for?

    Wild Oz use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

    Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours.

    Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

    Do you have a returns policy?

    If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can.
