Feeding

Our fresh Kangaroo meat can be fed to your pet raw or cooked to suit. Our Kangaroo bones and riblets can be fed to your pet raw (do not feed cooked bones).  Ensure clean fresh water is always available for your pet.  Feed as recommended by your pet health specialist.  Suitable for dogs and cats.

Storage

Products are packed and delivered fresh. Our vacuum sealed packaging keeps product fresh for 28 days (21 days for bone in products). Please refrigerate as soon as possible, can be refrigerated (unopened) or freeze for 3 months. Please see use-by on pack. Once opened, use within 2 days or freeze unused portion.

Totally Fantastic

Otto the dachshund and Maudie the Birman are in heaven and look forward to their dinner so much. Great fresf food. Otto loves the ribs and has never chewed bones before. Will definitely be ordering more. Could not be happier. Great value as well.

I bought the starter pack first to see whether my girl would like the wild oz meat - I alternated each pack with her usual food of Proudi Kangaroo & Beef. There was no need to worry as she thoroughly enjoyed each item and always licked her bowl totally clean. As soon as I took the wild oz out of the fridge to bring to room temperature, she was so excited for dinner time. She loved the roo mince and diced chunks but her favourite would have to be the venison. I will definitely be ordering again and can highly recommend wild oz for your fur babies .... You won't be disappointed.

No, however, orders under $80 will have a $20 flat rate shipping fee. We're currently delivering to SA, VIC, NSW, ACT & SE QLD. More regions will be available soon!

When will my order be delivered?

Wild Oz currently delivers orders once a week on the following days.

How long can the delivery be left outside for?

Wild Oz use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours.

Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Do you have a returns policy?

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can.
