Our wild venison is responsibly sourced from across Australia and because they’re not farmed, the deer have been able to graze on natural vegetation and grasslands freely.  It means that your pets can enjoy natural, nutritious, healthy and protein-rich meat free from artificial additives.  After all, every pet deserves the best.

Feeding

Our venison mince can be fed to your pet raw or cooked to suit your pet’s needs. It's important to feed a wide variety of ingredients to your doggos. Try adding veggies, rice, oats, egg, sardines, fruit or offal. 

Ensure clean fresh water is always available for your pet.  Feed as recommended by your pet health specialist.  Suitable for dogs and cats.

Storage

Products are packed and delivered fresh. Our vacuum sealed packaging keeps product fresh for 28 days (21 days for bone in products). Please refrigerate as soon as possible, can be refrigerated (unopened) or freeze for 3 months. Please see use-by on pack. Once opened, use within 2 days or freeze unused portion.

The kangaroo is best!

I bought both venison mince and diced kangaroo. I think the kangaroo seems slightly better quality as there is a lot of sinew in the venison so ill probably only order the diced roo in future. The kangaroo tails are AMAZING!! My dog went nuts over it.

No, however, orders under $80 will have a $20 flat rate shipping fee. We're currently delivering to SA, VIC, NSW, ACT & SE QLD. More regions will be available soon!

When will my order be delivered?

Wild Oz currently delivers orders once a week on the following days.

How long can the delivery be left outside for?

Wild Oz use a network of refrigerated courier services, ensuring that your order is delivered to the highest quality. From refrigerated packing facilities to chilled transport couriers, your order is stored in a cool climate right until delivered to your doorstep. All orders remain in complete cold chain from our door to yours.

Our eco-friendly, recyclable boxes are specifically engineered to trap cold air inside, allowing our boxes to be left at the doorstep for up to 5 hours.

Each order is also packed with a minimum of two ice packs, to further ensure the highest quality is delivered.

Do you have a returns policy?

If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping we will review and will offer a refund for the damaged product.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact Wild Oz immediately if an item is missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item, a member of the Wild Oz customer service team will assist you as soon as they can. Please email us or phone with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
