Wild Oz regularly participates in food and cooking events, as well as running daily tasting at our stall at the Adelaide Central Markets. This is a great way for customers to experience the varied and delicious tastes of our fresh, all natural products and to get easy to follow recipe ideas!

Wild Oz are proud to be associated with one of Adelaide's top up and coming chefs, Grant Schooling.
Grant has a passion for good food and in particular Game Meat. Grant is the head chef at The Gilbert Street Hotel in Adelaide, and you will quite often find game specials on his menu.
A permanent feature on his restaurant menu is Chinese XO Marinated Kangaroo Fillet, it is a must to try, we highly recommend it!

In August, Cheong Liew took his guests taste buds on a wild journey at theGrange restaurant. With a specially planned menu using fresh game meat fromWild Oz, matched with wines from Clarendon Hills Winery.
Some amazing dishes were created by Cheong and the chefs from the Grange,guests were indulged as they sampled the versatility of these fabulous game meats.
